Frost Proof Yard Hydrant, 3.22 Ft — 12 Inch Bury, Lever Handle & Handwheel

A frost-proof yard hydrant with a 12″ bury depth and two ways to control the water. The lever handle works the way you expect, and a handwheel underneath lets you lock the flow at a set rate.

That handwheel is the useful part. If you are filling a trough or running a soaker line, you set the rate once and walk away instead of riding the lever. It also cuts down on wear and on the water hammer you get from opening and closing repeatedly.

A bypass valve drains the residual water out the bottom hole when you shut it, so nothing stays in the standpipe to freeze.

Cast iron handle, galvanized steel pipe, brass connectors. No-lead materials meeting NSF/ANSI 372.

Ships with two O-rings and an installation manual.
