Hand-tighten, then a quarter to half turn with the wrench. These use rubber washers or cone seals, so do not crank on them.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSnap the pull-out hose onto the spout outlet until you hear it click, then tug it to confirm it is locked. Clip the counterweight onto the hose where it hangs free and does not rub the cabinet or the drain.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOpen both shutoffs slowly. Check every joint for weeping with the flashlight.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUnscrew the aerator, run hot and cold for a minute to flush debris out of the lines, then put the aerator back. Skipping this is the usual reason a new faucet trickles.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eUse and care\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePull the sprayer head out to the length you need and let it go when you are done. The counterweight draws the hose back into the spout on its own.
