Instant Tankless Water Heater, 8kW Electric — Digital Temperature Display, ETL Listed

An 8 kilowatt electric tankless water heater that heats on demand, so there is no tank to preheat and no standby loss. Hot water comes up in seconds and keeps coming as long as the tap is open.

The heating element is cast aluminum, which keeps water and electrical separated and resists scale and corrosion. Temperature runs from 86 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, set on an LED display with a touch screen. A thermostat and over-temperature protection hold the setting steady, so the shower does not swing hot and cold.

Wall-mount design, so it takes no floor space. Inlet and outlet are 1/2" NPT.

Electrical Requirement — Read Before Buying

This unit needs a dedicated 40 amp, 240 volt circuit with 10 AWG wire. That is a range or dryer sized circuit, not a standard outlet. Have a licensed electrician make the connection.

For RV and camper use, check your service first. A standard 30 amp RV hookup will not run this unit. You need 50 amp service, and even then the heater will use most of it, so plan on running it alone.
