Brass Clamp-Style Fittings, 1/2 Inch — 25 Piece Kit, 1/2 NPT Male Thread
Twenty-five clamp-style brass adapters in 1/2 inch with 1/2 inch NPT male threads, and twenty-five stainless steel clamps to go with them.
This is your transition fitting — PEX on one side, male pipe thread on the other. Manifolds, valves, water heater nipples, pump ports, anywhere you have to get off plastic and onto thread.
Solid lead-free brass. Works with PEX and PP pipe. You'll want a crimp tool for the clamps.
Rated to 100 PSI and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot and cold water lines, hydronic heat, water heater hookups, RV and shop water distribution.
Water only. These are not for gas.
Tape or dope the threads — brass to brass will seize if you run it dry, and you'll wreck a good fitting getting it back apart.
