Brass Push-Fit Reducing Couplings, 1/2 to 3/4 Inch — 12 Piece Kit

Twelve brass push-fit reducing couplings, 3/4 inch on one end and 1/2 inch on the other, with two removal tools included — one for each size.

This is your step-down from the main line to a branch. It's also the fitting you want when you're tying new work into an older house and the sizes don't match.

Solid lead-free brass. Fits PEX, copper, and CPVC, so you can go from copper on one side to PEX on the other with a single fitting.

Push the pipe in until it seats. No torch, no glue, no clamps. The tools let you pull a fitting back off and use it again.

Rated to 100 PSI and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Supply lines, heating loops, shower risers, outdoor hose runs.

Water only. These are not for gas.

Mind which end is which before you push. Getting a reducer on backwards is an easy mistake and a nuisance to undo in a tight spot.
