Two mounting points, not one. Many pot fillers anchor at a single point and work loose over time, so the arm starts to wander when you swing it out. This one mounts at two points and stays rigid. The upper attachment looks like a second supply line, but it is not - a pot filler runs cold water only. That second point is there for support.
