An outdoor propane tankless water heater that delivers endless hot water for the whole house. At 120,000 BTU it handles multiple showers and fixtures running at the same time, and because it mounts outside, there's no indoor venting to run.

• Endless hot water: heats on demand, up to 5.3 gallons per minute, so nobody waits for a tank to recover.
• Steady temperature: smart sensors hold the water within about 1°F of the setting.
• Easy control: wired control panel on a 32.8 ft cable for setting temperature and on/off from inside.
• Built-in protections: flameout, overheat, dry-burn, high-temperature lock, and wind pressure protection.
• Copper heat exchanger: oxygen-free copper heats fast and resists rust.
• Low startup pressure: fires at about 3 psi, so it works on most household water systems.
• Standard connections: 3/4 in. NPT water connections.

Plumber's tip: Size your gas line for the full 120,000 BTU load, and install isolation valves on the hot and cold lines so you can flush the heat exchanger once a year. In hard water areas, flushing keeps scale from cutting your hot water output.
