A tub transfer bench with a sliding seat, for getting over the wall of a bathtub without having to lift a leg over it. One end sits inside the tub, the other outside. You sit down on the outside end, fasten the belt, and slide across.
That sliding motion is the whole point — it takes the transfer out of the equation for anyone coming off surgery, or a caregiver who cannot lift.
Reinforced aluminum frame that will not rust. Rated to 400 lbs. The seat has a backrest, non-slip foot pads, a nylon safety belt and a grab handle.
Assembles with no tools in a few minutes, and it can be set up facing left or right depending on which side your tub opens.
