A 19″ fold-down shower seat in grade A teak on a 304 stainless steel frame, built to ADA dimensions and rated to 400 lbs.
The extra width over a standard seat matters more than it sounds. At 19″ by 15 9/10″ there is room to actually sit rather than perch.
Teak is the right wood for a wet room — it carries its own oil, so it does not rot or warp. This one also has a waterproof coating over it. The edges are rounded and the surface has an anti-slip finish.
Folds flat against the wall when nobody needs it, with a mechanism designed so it will not pinch fingers on the way up.

Two things before you order. Measure your shower against those dimensions — 19″ needs real wall. And the seat is only as strong as what it is bolted to, so it has to land in studs or solid blocking. If you are not sure what is behind the tile, get someone to open it up and look.
Fair warning: it takes a bit more effort to open and close than a lighter seat. That is the trade for a hinge that does not develop play.
